Ashleigh & Burwood – Terms of Sale
1. About us
These terms apply when you buy products from us via our website.
By placing an order, you agree to these terms. These terms do not affect your legal rights as a consumer.
2. Placing an order
When you place an order on our website:
- You add products to your basket and complete checkout
- You will receive an email confirming we’ve received your order
- A contract is only formed when we send you an order confirmation
If we cannot accept your order (for example, due to stock or pricing errors), we will let you know and refund any payment made.
3. Products and pricing
- Prices are shown on our website and include VAT
- Delivery costs are shown at checkout upon entering your delivery postcode
- Delivery costs can be found on our Delivery & Returns page.
- We may change prices at any time, but this will not affect orders already confirmed
We try to ensure product descriptions and images are accurate, but:
- Colours may vary slightly depending on your device
- Packaging may differ from images shown
We may occasionally update or stop selling products.
4. Payment
You must pay in full at checkout using one of our accepted payment methods.
Important:
Your payment will appear on your bank statement as: SP ASHLEIGH BURWOOD
If you do not recognise a payment, please contact us before requesting a chargeback so we can help resolve the issue quickly.
5. Delivery
- We deliver within the UK only to England, Wales and Scotland (including selected Highlands and Offshore Islands). We regretfully are unable to ship to Northern Ireland at this time.
- Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout
- We aim to deliver within the stated timeframe but this is not guaranteed
If there is a significant delay:
- We will inform you
- You may cancel your order and receive a refund if you prefer
6. Your right to cancel (cooling-off period)
If you are a consumer, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days from the day after you receive goods.
We offer a 30-day returns period as a goodwill policy.
To cancel:

- Fill out our model cancellation form here.
You must:
- Return the goods within 14 days of telling us you wish to cancel to: Heritage House, Pool Road, West Molesey, Surrey KT8 2NU.
- Pay return postage costs
We will refund:
- The product price
- Standard delivery cost (if applicable)
We may reduce your refund if the product has been used or is not returned in its original condition.
7. Faulty or incorrect products
If your product is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund in line with your legal rights.

8. Our responsibility
We are responsible for:
- Supplying products that are as described
- Of satisfactory quality
- Fit for purpose
We are not responsible for:
- Losses that were not foreseeable
- Losses caused by misuse of the product
- Business-related losses (if you are a consumer)
Nothing in these terms limits your legal rights or our liability for:
- Death or personal injury caused by negligence
- Fraud or misrepresentation
9. Cancelling orders
We may cancel your order if:
- You do not make payment
- We cannot deliver the product
- There is an issue outside our control
If we cancel, we will refund you for any products you have paid for but not received - including postage costs.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order will be the one in place at the time you placed it.
11. Law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by English law.
You can bring a claim in the courts of:
- England
- Or your local UK court if you live in Scotland, Wales, or Northern Ireland
